如何使用BYZOOM可調式槓鈴轉換架

1.將啞鈴調整至15LB，並取下啞鈴手柄。
2.將外部小底盤滑至內側，提起中底盤(包括重量片)並轉向，將其放在其他重量片旁邊，使凹槽面卡進凸面。
3.另一側重複這些步驟，將槓鈴桿放置於中間，並確保卡進兩邊重量片卡槽。
4.完成轉換。

1.將槓鈴調整至最小重量，並將桿子存放在下方支架。
2.提起中底盤(包括重量片)並轉向，將其放在大底盤內側。
3.將外部小底盤滑至外側。
4.將啞鈴放在大底盤上。對另一側重複這些步驟。
