How to use the BYZOOM Dumbbell To Barbell Converter

1. Adjust the dumbbell to 15Ib and remove the dumbbell handle from the trays.
2. Slide the outer sliding tray on both sides to the inside.
3. Grab the inner tray plate including the weight plates. Turn it around and place it next to the other weight plates making sure the grooved surface snaps into the convex surface. Repeat these steps on the other side.
4. Place the bar in the middle, and make sure it fits into the weight plate slots on both sides. Pull the pin up, then slide it to the required weight and re-insert it in place. Repeat this on the other side.

1.Adjust the barbell to the minimum weight and remove the bar from the trays. Store the bar on the provided holder on the rack.
2.Grab the inner tray plate including the weight plates. Turn the inner tray plate around and place it on the inner side of the tray plate.
3.Slide the outer sliding tray to the outside.
4.Place the dumbbell on the tray plate.Repeat these steps for the other side.
