• Winners must comply with the redemption procedures for each prize; failure to do so will be deemed as forfeiture of the prize.
• Byzoom Taiwan reserves the right to make the final interpretation and modify this event at any time. In the event of any unmentioned matters or changes, the announcement on the Byzoom Taiwan official website shall prevail.
• Prize delivery for this event is limited to the Taiwan area of the Republic of China.
• Winners may not request to transfer prizes to others, exchange them for cash, or replace them with other products.
• According to the tax laws of the Republic of China, for prizes valued at NT$1,001 (inclusive) or more, a photocopy of the ID card must be submitted for tax reporting purposes. For prizes valued over NT$20,000, a 10% tax must be paid, a withholding tax statement must be filled out, and a withholding (or exemption) certificate for income tax will be sent in the following year. Residents of the Republic of China (i.e., citizens and foreigners residing in the Republic of China for less than 183 days) are subject to a 20% chance-prize tax regardless of the amount of the prize won. Winners will receive an income tax withholding certificate issued by the organizer in the following year. If a winner is unwilling to cooperate, they will be considered to have automatically forfeited their eligibility for the prize. Winners agree to pay taxes in accordance with relevant Taiwanese tax laws and agree that the organizer may withhold (pay) relevant taxes on their behalf in accordance with relevant laws.

(2) Purpose: Lottery events and related matters. (3) Categories of personal data: C001 identifiers, such as name, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address. (4) Personal data will be used by the collector in Taiwan for matters related to the lottery event. (5) Winners may inquire in writing or by email, or request to view, make copies, request supplementation or correction, request to stop collection, processing, or utilization, or request deletion. (6) Failure to provide information will result in disqualification.
• The organizer will respect the rights of winners and will never exceed the necessary scope of the aforementioned specific purposes when collecting, processing, and utilizing winners' personal data. Without consent, the organizer will never arbitrarily tamper with or leak information.
